Hey! I was wondering if it was possible to join USA48 if I actually live in America but am currently studying abroad. It would be a shame if this would cause problems for me since the USA48 chats (the ones I've been a part of) were super fun and I would absolutely love to be one of the first 48 members!

Thank you so much for going out of your way to contact us! USA48 does accept new incoming members that are studying abroad, the main point is that we all live in the USA. We’ll be glad to consider you joining and we would like to meet you via tinychat sometime soon. We will most likely have a session this or next week.

How to apply to USA48!
USA48 is a growing group and we are always looking for new members to join us! These are the requirements to join!
Make sure you are:
- Living in the USA
- Have access to tinychat (where we hold our auditions)
- nice and cool
USA48 would like to remind all future members and current members that sex and age do not matter since we take after the constitution of the USA and we will not discriminate through gender, ethnicity, marital status, disabilities, religious beliefs, political party, or sexual orientation. We welcome all to join USA48!
What to expect at the audition:
- Nearly all auditions will take part in tinychat (http://tinychat.com/usa48)
- The first 48 members aren’t really expected to audition, but feel free to show us some talent!
- We usually use the audition page to have fun and get to know each other
